We are seeking an experienced NICU Nurse Manager to oversee operations in a Level IV NICU, offering care for the most critically ill newborns.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and support a dedicated team of NICU nurses and staff in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
• Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, family-centered care to neonates
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and hospital leadership
• Drive operational excellence, staff development, and patient outcomes
• With help of multiple supervisors, you will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, hiring / firing, and the budget.
