We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Locum Tenens Physician Recruitment to lead our locum tenens physician recruitment efforts at Intercare Recruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top locum tenens physician talent. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with physicians, clients, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in locum tenens recruitment
* Proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and achieving recruitment goals
* Strong knowledge of the locum tenens market, including current trends and best practices
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, marketing)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with staffing agencies, hospitals, and medical groups
* Familiarity with recruitment software and technology (e.g., CRM, ATS)
* Strong network of physician contacts and clients
* Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
* Certification in recruitment (e.g., CPRP, CRCM) or a related field
