Hardware Design Engineer (Aerospace Systems)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new complex PCB and CCA hardware, and create alternate solutions using existing designs.
• Ensure compliance with EMI / EMC requirements and verify performance at the unit level.
• Develop and document DO-254-compliant complex hardware.
• Perform system integration , author and execute detailed test procedures.
• Design and release Interface Control Documents (EICDs) and other supporting technical documentation.
• Support FRACA resolution , engineering changes, and design release processes.
• Conduct design verification and testing using appropriate lab equipment to validate integrity and performance.
• Perform product life cycle sustaining activities, including troubleshooting and component obsolescence management.

Required Qualifications

Familiarity with avionics development life cycle , debugging techniques , and component obsolescence management .
