NEW Registered Dietitian Opening - Clinical Nutrition Dialysis Focused

Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dietitian to join a patient-focused team supporting individuals with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). In this role, you will make a direct impact on patients' health and quality of life by delivering tailored nutritional assessments, plans, and ongoing support in a dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor lab results and adjust diets / medications in coordination with care teams and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and families on renal diets and wellness strategies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care plan meetings
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional communication across all interactions
