Guthrie / Northern Tier Career Center LPN Program (Full-Time) - Sept 2026

Job Description

Guthrie is excited to announce that we have partnered with Northern Tier Career Center (NTCC) to sponsor tuition for select students in the year-long LPN program. Limited sponsored spaces will be available for the upcoming class starting August 31, 2026, and we are currently accepting applications. If you are selected and successfully complete the LPN program, you will receive a full-time inpatient or outpatient LPN Position at Guthrie.

Details of the program :

• Classes begin August 31, 2026
• High school diploma required
• Limited spots available
• Participants must make a per diem commitment to work as a Practical Student Nursing Assistant working 12 hours per 4-week block

This program is for anyone that is not currently an LPN, but would like to become an LPN.

Position Summary :

Employee works with other members of the patient care team to deliver care to specific patient populations. The employee will maintain competency for population specific groups with consideration of physical, communication, safety, nutrition, and psychosocial needs.

Education, License & Cert :

High School Grad or Equivalent

Experience :

Must be currently enrolled in a practical nurse education and Guthrie's tuition sponsorship program for licensed practical nurses.

Essential Functions :

Participates in the delivery of patient care for population groups under the direction of an RN / LPN including but not limited to the following :
