10-4 Logistics USA seeks qualified CDL-A truck drivers to support regional over‑the‑road (OTR) operations in the East Region . This role is for a CDL-A truck driver who will operate dry van, no‑touch freight with a high percentage of drop‑and‑hook loads while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Compensation & schedule : Training pay : $650 during a four‑week in‑truck training period with a trainer. Base pay after training : $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience‑based). Performance bonus : $0.04 to $0.06 per mile , paid monthly. Typical home time : Biweekly. Estimated annual compensation : $70,000 to $90,000 (USD) , dependent on miles and performance.
Equipment & benefits : Equipment : Late‑model, automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped. Benefits : Eligibility after 30 days for life, dental, vision, and health insurance options, plus 401(k).
Primary responsibilities (as a CDL-A truck driver) :
Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Execute assigned regional OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions for dry van, no‑touch freight with frequent drop‑and‑hook operations.
Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections ; promptly report defects and maintenance needs.
Ensure proper cargo handling and securement where applicable; follow drop‑and‑hook procedures.
Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and maintenance personnel.
Minimum qualifications :
Minimum 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the last 24 months; prior OTR experience is not required.
Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
