Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all operations of the community, ensuring compliance with the standards set by the Owners / Board of Directors, Discovery Management Group, and all federal, state, and local laws.
- Communicate a customer-focused vision that prioritizes a resident-centered model of care.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the community to drive business growth while effectively pricing services to maximize revenue.
- Implement a strategic external business development plan that includes clear accountability and measurable goals for increasing referral leads and resident move-ins.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of state regulations and ensure compliance within all community operations.
- Maintain all resident administrative records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Achieve financial targets to maximize returns for capital partners and ensure budgets are upheld.
- Manage diverse operational programs, including memory care, clinical care, dining, and activities.
- Create and monitor the community budget, striving to exceed revenue goals through optimal occupancy and pricing strategies.
- Analyze monthly financial statements and implement action plans to address any budgetary discrepancies.
- Control non-labor operating costs in accordance with budget expectations.
- Ensure timely submission of expense reports and budget data following company policies.
- Meet Net Operating Income (NOI) and occupancy targets consistently.
- Direct all departments, ensuring efficient operations that align with established financial goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Health Care Administration, or a related field.At least three years of management experience, preferably in senior living, health care, or hospitality.Proven experience in team management, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation.Sales experience is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to manage operating expenses effectively.Administrator License or certification is required.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Benefits :
