MidWest Center for Personal & Family Development is seeking fully licensed clinicians, including LICSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs, and Licensed Psychologists (PhD/PsyD), who are dedicated to providing high-quality care to children, adolescents, couples, and families.
As a well-established, referral-based group practice, we offer the flexibility and autonomy of private practice alongside the support, resources, and collaboration of a team-based environment.
Compensation & Earning Potential
- W-2 employment status (not 1099)
- Compensation based on 5060% of collections
- Average reimbursement per session: $126$176 (average: $144)

- 25 clients/week: ~$93,000$110,000+

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, couples, and families
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Minnesota licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
- Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
