Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries about Utilities through phone calls, chats, and emails while documenting interactions

Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and adapt to changes

Utilize Microsoft Office tools and ensure a reliable internet connection from a quiet location

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

1 year of experience in a call center environment

6 months of experience with a Utilities Company

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
