Program Manager Commercial Underwriting & Claims

As a Program Manager Commercial Underwriting & Claims, you will make an impact by leading strategic program delivery and transformation initiatives across commercial underwriting and claims functions. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with CIO stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and alignment with enterprise goals. In this role, you will :

• Lead planning and execution of commercial underwriting and claims programs.
• Manage communication and expectations of C-level stakeholders.
• Align client's strategic goals with program delivery, including Test Automation, Gen AI, and Data Strategy.
• Change Management & adoption for processes, strategies, and tools.
• Champion transformation and innovation across the enterprise.
• Develop, manage program budgets, identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

Work model : Hybrid. We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this roles business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Charlotte, NC.
