As an Enrollment Registration Specialist at National Heritage Academies (NHA), your primary objective is to drive student enrollment for our partner schools, thereby contributing directly to our mission of providing quality education. You will be responsible for processing student applications, guiding families through the enrollment process, and ensuring compliance with state laws and NHA's policies and procedures. Your focus on enhancing the customer service experience will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships with families, team members, and school teams.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Drive Student Enrollment : Process student applications for multiple schools and ensure a seamless registration process for accepted students.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service : Guide parents through the enrollment registration process through various communication channels, including phone calls, text messages, letters, and emails, ensuring timely assistance and support.
• Facilitate Communication : Maintain open communication with school teams regarding student enrollment status and collaborate effectively with other Service Center teams to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.
• Ensure Compliance : Uphold compliance with state laws and NHA's policies and procedures throughout the enrollment process to maintain integrity and reliability.
• Additional Responsibilities :
• Partner with other Service Center teams to leverage resources and improve efficiency and processes.
• Leverage bilingual skillset to communicate with Spanish speaking families both verbally and written formats

Qualifications :

This is an in-person position at our NHA Service Center located at 3850 Broadmoor Ave., Grand Rapids, MI.
