Application Configuration Specialist

A company is looking for an Application Configuration Specialist to support healthcare management software in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support applications, managing data, alerts, reports, and system modifications

Troubleshoot workflows and rule processing, analyze errors, suggest solutions, and improve efficiency

Conduct end-to-end testing, write and execute test scripts, debug issues, and ensure seamless functionality

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a technical role (Engineer, Analyst, etc)

Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience); Bachelor's preferred

Expertise in T-SQL, SSRS, FHIR, stored procedures, Visual Studio (2015+), XML, JSON, and C#

Experience with SDLC, agile teams, and data analysis

Highly organized and detail-oriented
