Behavior Health Technician at Ayanti Residential Treatment Center

Ayanti Residential Treatment Center in Sugar Land, TX is looking for two behavior health technicians to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, compassionate, caring, and hard-working individual.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to children and adolescents 10-18 years old, adhere to the facility safety standards to keep the children safe at all times, prepare and provide the children nutritious meals and snacks, transport children to and from school and other extracurricular activities, support the children academic success, encourages and actively participates in group discussions, utilize trauma informed care principles to provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment to the children, ensure that all basic needs of the children are met.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 21 years or older
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• English language proficiency
• Experience caring for youth in residential settings is preferred
