Job Description
Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists is seeking a motivated and outgoing External
Clinical Services Liaison with a background as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
(PTA).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, educating others, and
connecting patients with high-quality care.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, local businesses, and the community.
- Identify new referral opportunities and promote our services and specialties.
- Support current referral sources with ongoing communication and education.
- Participate in planning meetings and share referral insights to support growth.
- Stay knowledgeable about our services, treatment techniques, clinicians, and competitors.
- Set and achieve performance goals related to referrals and patient volume.
- Collaborate with the Internal Marketing Department on external and social media campaigns.
- Work closely with clinic teams to align on goals and maximize results
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of MichiganProficiency with Microsoft 365Strong communication and presentation skillsHighly motivated, organized, and goal-drivenPreferred Qualifications :
1+ year of sales / marketing experience (healthcare preferred)Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, etc.)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldBackground or knowledge in physical therapy / rehabilitation servicesAdditional Information
