Our small but growing CPA firm is looking for an Accounting Manager, who is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, that is current and active, to lead our bookkeeping and accounting team, and help us deliver exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in a CPA firm or multi-client environment. Excellent organizational and review skills with strong attention to detail. We use both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

You will oversee a team of three staff accountants and manage the overall accounting workflow for our firm. You'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality work, smooth scheduling, and strong client communication.

Key responsibilities include reviewing quarterly accounting work papers, general ledgers, and financial reports for multiple clients. Managing workloads, deadlines, performing or assisting with QuickBooks clean-up projects when needed. Streamlining accounting processes and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
