Descripción del trabajoCoordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, regulations, and safety codes. Manage project budget and resources, controlling costs and expenditures. Monitor quality and safety standards. Proven work experience with K-12 / Municipal projects. Strong knowledge of education construction standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery. Problem-solving mindset, able to handle challenges quickly and efficiently. Competitive base salary (115k-150k) Work related insurances Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance 401k PTO
