Healthcare Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to patients and customers to schedule appointments and conduct surveys

Assist patients with benefits and insurance information, enhancing their healthcare experience

Demonstrate compassion and care while interacting with patients and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation

Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word

Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties

Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
