We are a family-run company, led by seasoned transportation professionals who understand  what drivers really need. We’re looking for Owner Operator Box Truck Drivers (26–32ft) to join  our growing team.

What We Offer :

  • Weekly Gross $6,000–$8,000+ (higher with more miles)
  • 85% of gross revenue
  • 15% commission – the rest is yours
  • Fast Pay – money in your account within 3 days
  • No Forced Dispatch – you choose your loads
  • 24 / 7 Personal Dispatch & Support

  • Dedicated Lanes & Flexible Work Options
  • Fuel Cards & Plate Program (discounts available if you use company cards)
  • ELD & Cargo Fee : $40 + $250 weekly

Requirements :

  • 26ft-32 ft Box Truck with Sleeper, Liftgate & Pallet Jack
  • At least 2 years OTR / Box Truck experience
  • Clean driving record (minor violations acceptable)
  • DOT Inspection every 2 months
  • Work under our authority (MC) while running your schedule with full support
