About Us :

The Director of Engineering is responsible for overseeing the property's facilities maintenance function, ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, service, and repair of all equipment. The Director of Engineering is a skilled leader with technical expertise in engineering and maintenance.

KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership and Supervision :  Direct and supervise the Maintenance staff, overseeing the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Technical Expertise : Apply extensive experience in engineering, maintenance and related fields to ensure efficient operations.
• Problem-Solving and Decision Making : Evaluate and select amoung alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, handingling problems effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Communication Skills :  Convey information and ideas clearly and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests.
• Financial Acumen : Work with and understand financial information and data, including basic arithmetic functions to support maintenance operations.
• Project Management :  Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests, schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations.
