Hiring a Logistics CSR, or Customer Service Representative, to handle inquiries and resolve issues across various channels like phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities include providing product / service information, processing orders and payments, handling complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Examples of specific tasks and skills for this role :

• Call vendors to perform work (electrician, plumber, HVAC, etc)
• Walk with vendors when they're here doing work
• Work with our KY IT person to set up printers, RF guns, etc
• Create and print daily list of all temporary employees for Security
• Accept small parcel deliveries from Amazon, etc
• Go to mailbox weekly
• Possibly assist with inbound truck scheduling via email
• Possibly assist with ongoing filing of inbound truck paperwork

Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Base Pay : 20.00 per HOUR
