We are looking for a hands-on CFO to oversee Hatch's accounting, financial reporting, and asset / liability management functions. The CFO will report to the Bank President and will be an important member of Hatch's executive leadership team, influencing the strategic and financial direction of the bank.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including GAAP compliance, general ledger, audits, and financial reporting.
• Lead the timely and accurate preparation of internal and external financial reports.
• Maintain strong internal controls and oversight.

Asset / Liability Management (ALM) & Treasury

Risk Management & Regulatory Interface

Financial Analysis and Strategic Financial Leadership

Team & Operations Oversight

Required EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE :

Pay Range : $180,000.00 to $225,000.00.
