We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Quality Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving our Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure the highest quality of products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, ISO9000, IATF 16949, PPAP, and PFMEA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing quality in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, manage and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO9000 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Lead the continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Oversee the execution of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) for all new product introductions and changes to existing products.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve quality-related issues.
• Provide training and support to the team members on quality-related aspects and encourage a quality-driven culture.
• Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments, advancements, and trends in the field of quality management by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
