As a Security Professional with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a vital role in access control, monitoring entry points, and helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols. This is primarily a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises in a vehicle while upholding our company values of reliability, agility, and integrity. What You'll Do :

Control access to the premises by verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles in a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to observe for security-related concerns or policy violations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.

Document all incidents, observations, and interactions according to Allied Universal and client site procedures.

Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries related to access procedures and site policies.

Collaborate with site staff and emergency services as needed during emergency response activities and / or drills.

Report maintenance issues and hazards observed during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
