Brighter, Stronger Foundation is an outpatient behavioral health provider offering community-based and clinic-based services for youth with autism and mental health needs. Rooted in our mission to promote independence and resilience, we provide comprehensive services in homes, schools, and our two clinic locations across East Baltimore County and Harford County.
What Youll Do :
Clinical Service Delivery
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning in compliance with agency, COMAR, and CARF standards
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and develop tailored treatment strategies
- Assess client needs on an ongoing basis and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Educate and involve family members in care when appropriate
- Participate in clinical supervision with a Board-Approved Supervisor
- Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to support client needs
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
Client Support & Documentation
Engage and ensure the safety of clients during all servicesTrack and analyze client data and progress with your supervisorAccurately document services in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systemProperly report and document all critical incidents and safety concernsAdministrative & Compliance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AND NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Qualifications :
Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or equivalent)Strong clinical assessment and differential diagnosis skills (for Therapist II level)Experience providing therapy to children, youth, and familiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamComfortable using technology including EMR and HRIS systemsCompensation details : 60-75 Hourly Wage
