Job Summary
Nature of Work : Responsible for providing leadership, coordination and oversight of the College's compliance efforts with regard to policies and state and federal laws related to sexual discrimination and misconduct. Includes responding to, investigating, and resolving allegations in consultation with System Office and providing training and educational programs to students and employees.

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Education : Bachelor's degree
Type of Preferred Experience : Three to Five years of investigative experience
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic mail programs
Communication skills in verbal and written formats
Ability to handle time sensitive and highly confidential material
Ability to quickly respond to shifting priorities
Preferred License / Certification : Title IX Investigator Training / Certification, NABITA Threat Assessment Training
