State Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Strategy and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Strategy and Procurement vertical within the Commercial Legal Team, providing legal counsel and negotiating various agreements

Oversee and develop a team of legal professionals, ensuring effective coverage and support for enterprise needs

Manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and a member of the bar in at least one state

10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreements

5+ years of in-house legal experience supporting multiple departments

7+ years of experience with contracts related to data rights and intellectual property

3+ years of experience in training and onboarding junior legal staff
