A company is looking for a Digital Client Success Manager to drive engagement, retention, and growth within their Build and execute client journey campaigns in HubSpot to enhance onboarding and product education

Serve as the main point of success engagement for

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Marketing Operations, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology

Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS CRM)

Understanding of healthcare foodservice and patient feeding best practices

Strong project management and content development skills

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Nutrition, Healthcare Administration, or related field
