The annual base salary for this position ranges from $106,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $216,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work daily with Design, Development, and Merchandising teams to create compelling apparel collections seasonally. You will work closely with Consumer Insights, Finance, and Planning to ensure that product collections are consumer-right and meet target margin. You will continually improve our process to deliver superior product at speed, partnering with Operations to optimize our end-to-end creation model.

The Lead Product Line Manager (PLM) for North America Express Lane Apparel will need to have a deep understanding of the North America consumer and marketplace, a passion for sport style, and sensitivity to trend and culture. They must be able to identify marketplace opportunities, expertly communicate with a wide range of partners, and craft innovative product line strategies to serve our athletes

As the Lead Product Line Manager for North America Express Lane Apparel, you will be responsible for all Product Line Management deliverables. You will be an expert on the North America consumer and marketplace and represent the voice of the athlete
throughout the product creation process. You will lead your cross-functional team in executing against the NAEL Apparel strategy and seasonal product briefs. You will create clear and compelling sell-in tools to build trust and excitement with internal and external stakeholders. You will cultivate a deep understanding of the Nike Global Product strategy and maintain highly productive working relationships with partners across the enterprise.
