Title of Job : Revenue Cycle Education Manager

Location : Hybrid (Remote and On-Site as Needed)

Employment Type : Contract to Hire

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Salary : $120,000 – $130,000 annually based on experience

CSI Companies is hiring a Revenue Cycle Education Manager for a leading healthcare organization. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of Epic-based education programs across the full revenue cycle—from patient access and HIM to hospital and professional billing.

Job Summary

The Revenue Cycle Education Manager will lead a team of trainers and instructional designers to ensure all training content and delivery methods align with organizational goals. You’ll collaborate with operations and revenue cycle leaders to identify training gaps, lead curriculum development, and measure learning effectiveness using proven evaluation methods.

Status : Contract to Hire – Long-term opportunity with potential for full-time conversion

Job Duties :

  • Lead and manage the creation and implementation of revenue cycle training programs
  • Supervise and mentor a team of trainers to ensure consistent, engaging delivery
  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and tailor learning solutions
  • Develop and update training content using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
  • Oversee multiple training initiatives, timelines, and resources across departments
  • Use data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements
  • Stay current on system updates, Epic releases, and industry trends
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
  • Master’s Degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience, including exposure to revenue cycle operations
  • 1–2 years of project management experience
  • Epic Credentialed Trainer certification (required)
  • Experience in developing and delivering training in both virtual and in-person formats
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
