Job Details

  • Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility OhioHealth Grant, 111 S Grant Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43215 to be eligible to apply.
  • NEED : RN MS / Tele Unit
  • LOCATION : Riverside Methodist Hospital
  • SHIFT : Night Shift, 3 / 12's, EOW, EOH
  • Minimum 1 year of SD or CC experience
  • Large hospital exp
  • Must be able to read & interpret Telemetry independently.
  • 1,059 bed magnet hospital and level II trauma center. Epic EMR, navy scrubs.
  • Unit Description : First to float, every other weekend, no call, holidays based on need, 1 : 5-6 nurse patient ratio. Acute care telemetry medical surgical unit, 25+ private beds, acuity ranges from moderate to high. No vented patients.

    • Job Requirements

  • BLS
  • State license required for the below Allied : RN
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP)
  • Time Sensitive – Must be completed within 7 days of signing. Required within 1 year of start. If the exam does not list the Angoff Score or is not issued by Relias, the candidate must meet or exceed 80%.
  • Unit Specific Comp Exam is required within 1 year of start. EKG exam is required in addition to the unit-specific exam for all Med / Surg, all Critical Care, and ER / ED.

    • Additional Details

  • APN Candidates : I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required.
  • Required.
  • Hospice, Home Health, or anyone required to drive for their position : Requires a copy of driver's license with them at all times.
  • This does not expire for the client.
  • Required.Of note, the "date declared" on the form should be the date that the candidate began living in the state, not the date the form was signed.
