Construction Superintendent – Commercial

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee and drive commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate brings a strong history of leading field operations, maintaining tight control over schedules and budgets, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety expectations. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of commercial construction practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all on-site construction activities for commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to meet daily and weekly milestones
• Maintain and track project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure full compliance with all regulations and company standards
• Partner closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to keep work aligned with plans and expectations
• Identify issues early and drive proactive solutions to keep the project on track
• Deliver consistent progress updates to internal teams and stakeholders
