Affiliate Growth Manager

A company is looking for an Affiliate & Ambassador Growth Manager to oversee and expand their affiliate programs and brand ambassador community.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize affiliate programs to enhance performance and ROI

Develop and execute strategies for sales growth and customer acquisition through affiliate and ambassador partnerships

Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or community growth roles

Strong understanding of affiliate networks and performance marketing metrics

Proven ability to build and scale partnerships effectively

Experience in creating incentive structures and performance-based campaigns

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and affiliate tracking tools
