Must-Have : Epic charting experience required, must be willing to float within the facility and across the system

Description :

Seeking a registered nurse for the emergency department.

The position requires a minimum of one year of specialty experience.

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or ATCN certifications are mandatory.

Night shifts will be assigned as a 3x12 hour schedule.

Weekend shifts will be required as needed.

Float requests must be accommodated; refusal may result in contract cancellation.

Travelers are expected to complete any assigned education within one week of the assignment.

A patient ratio of 3 for day and night shifts will be maintained.

Daily visits in the emergency department average around 120.

All age groups and diverse patient demographics will be serviced.

Experience with ventilated patients and triage is preferred.

The charting system utilized is Epic.

Travelers must pass the Epic Test Out Module; alternative training is provided if necessary.
