This is not an IT recruiting role. If you’ve spent your recruiting career helping staff telecom engineers , construction project leaders , or low-voltage specialists , you’re in the right place.

This role supports a team that designs, builds, and installs critical telecommunications infrastructure, think structured cabling, data centers, hospitals, airports, and more. It’s hands-on, field-based work.

We are looking for someone who knows how to find the technical pros who make it all happen. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers, project teams, and field leaders to recruit the people who power large-scale, mission-critical environments.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in the Tysons, VA, area supporting high-impact infrastructure projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative recruiting team that values partnership, creativity, and getting great people hired.

Who You’ll Be Recruiting :

• Telecommunications Engineers (low voltage, copper / fiber cabling)
• Project Leaders / Project Managers
• Superintendents overseeing field construction and installations
• Other roles in structured cabling, electrical design, and systems integration
