About the Program :

Caring Hands Home Health Inc. is offering an In-Home Aide (IHA) Training Program for individuals looking to start a career in home healthcare. This program provides the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver quality in-home care.

The training consists of two parts :

Virtual Learning : Covers essential caregiving principles, client care, and home health regulations.

Hands-On Training : Provides practical experience where participants apply what they’ve learned in a real-world setting.

Upon successful completion of the training program, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion and may be considered for employment with Caring Hands Home Health Inc. Please note that employment is not guaranteed and is contingent upon meeting hiring standards and the instructor’s recommendation. Graduates who are offered positions typically start at a rate of $13.75 – $14.25 per hour.
