Job Description : Responsibilities :
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law, including but not limited to corporate law, and general defense litigation.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure comprehensive legal support.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

Job Details
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in construction and construction defect matters.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
