The Senior Medical Director of Oncology / Hematology at Augusta Medical Group plays a pivotal role in establishing a vision of clinical excellence for the HemOnc service line. To include :
- Collaborating with stakeholders to set short and long-term goals for the service line
- Leading efforts to expand Oncology / Hematology services
- Developing innovative clinical research programs
- Ensuring alignment with Augusta Health's goals
- Building relationships with the community and promoting the service line
