We are looking for a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives Government and Community Affairs to join our growing team. This position is a mid-level role responsible for shaping the external environment to support NorthPoint Developments strategic objectives. This leader will assist in design and execution of comprehensive strategies across government relations incentives negotiations community relations and outreach. The position requires a seasoned professional who can operate at the intersection of business government and the community ensuring the companys reputation is protected and its development pipeline is advanced. This role will serve as a key public voice for the company and an advisor to development teams on all matters of governmental and political significance for industrial and data center development.
