This position is with a growing, mission-driven health center that prides itself on providing inclusive, high-quality care to all patients.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range : $210,000 to $230,000 depending on experience
• Loan repayment options available (National Health Scholar Program eligible)
• Quarterly productivity bonuses – approx. $3,600 / year
• Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Medical Insurance : 3 plan options with up to 90% employer contribution
• Dental and Vision Insurance
• 17 days of accrued PTO annually + 10 paid holidays
• CME : $2,500 annually + 5 days off
• 401(k) retirement plan with 3% match (vested after 3 years)

• Short- and long-term disability coverage
• Part-time positions eligible for student loan repayment (30 hrs / week minimum)
