ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

It Insights is partnering with Bene-Care to find an Account Executive. The Account Executive plays a key role in driving sales performance, developing strategic sales plans, and supporting the success of the Sales division. This full-time, exempt position works closely with and reports directly to the Vice President. This role offers on-track earnings of $100,000 to $125,000 in the first year, consisting of a base salary plus projected commission. Actual compensation may vary depending on performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Develops and executes strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and business growth.
  • Identifies new business opportunities and cultivates relationships with prospective clients.
  • Manages procurement efforts, including contract review and sourcing to support operational needs.
  • Collaborates with the President / CEO and other stakeholders on marketing initiatives, brand development, and communication strategies to enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Reviews and refines sales approaches to optimize effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Utilizes CRM tools to track performance metrics and maintain comprehensive records of sales activities.
  • Attends client meetings and prospect engagements to represent the company and close deals.
  • Fosters strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams to support client needs and strategic goals.
  • Conducts ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in a senior-level sales role with measurable results.
  • Strong background in consultative sales, with experience managing executive-level client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in delivering compelling presentations and negotiating effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

  • This hybrid role may require occasional travel by car.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The typical work environment has a moderate noise level.
