Product Manager - Earner Trip Experience

About the Role

Every day, Earners complete millions of trips in the Uber driver app across various gig types, including rideshare, food delivery, groceries, and more. The Trip Experience team’s mission is to make sure Earners can get their trips done flawlessly and efficiently. As a Product Manager in this role, you’ll help shape how the Earner’s on-trip experience should evolve to support the growing number of business lines across Mobility and Delivery. In other words, your work will help unlock the next wave of Uber’s growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility team that owns some of the most core platforms in the Uber driver app.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Build a vision : define a product vision for the team and identify near and long-term initiatives to build your product roadmap.
• Align teams : work closely with cross-functional teams across Uber Verticals, Eng, Data Science, and Operations to align business and product strategy.
• Execute : translate user needs and insights into product requirements by distilling user problems, writing hypotheses, and describing desired outcomes.
• Iterate : distill insights from various data sources such as performance dashboards, experimentation results, and user research. Then apply the findings back into the product development process.

For New York, NY-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$161,000 per year - USD$179,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$161,000 per year - USD$179,000 per year.

For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles : The base salary range for this role is USD$161,000 per year - USD$179,000 per year.
