JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at  $16.25 per hour.

Shift :  6 : 00 am- 2 : 30 pm with opportunities for Overtime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for roll forming and unloading panel line operation. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of production techniques, great attention to detail, and a dedication to safety. Overtime is anticipated with this full-time, direct hire opportunity.

• Moving product with an overhead crane from the production line to a storage location.
• Use a forklift to move materials where needed.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents including but not limited to policy manuals, safety rules / programs, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and simple correspondence
• In addition, the ability to communicate information effectively one-on-one and in small group situations and settings is required
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to perform work instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form a must. In addition, the ability to solve problems, which involve multiple variables in a standard situation, is required
• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
• Ability to work with a diversified work force
• Be willing to cross train and be promotable
