Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales and service calls, focusing on customer experience

Provide thoughtful advice to enhance customer value from contact lens purchases

Engage with team and management to ensure success in a virtual work environment

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of customer service experience

Experience in inbound sales and contact center is a plus

Reliable internet connection with specified speeds

Computer literacy with typing speed of at least 40 wpm

Must reside in approved locations : North Carolina, Texas, or Utah
