Key Responsibilities

Set go-to-market strategy, quotas, segmentation, and territory design for U.S. commercial accounts

Lead, coach, and scale a team of Commercial AEs, driving performance and results

Define sales playbooks and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and strategies

Required Qualifications

7+ years of SaaS / technology sales leadership experience

Proven track record of scaling AE teams and exceeding revenue targets

Deep understanding of sales metrics and funnel optimization

Experience selling technical / AI / API solutions to senior stakeholders

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
