Descripción del trabajoEnsure adherence to federal and state employment laws. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations. Oversee I-9, E-Verify, and payroll compliance. Resolve workplace conflicts and conduct investigations when needed. Draft and update employee handbooks, contracts, and policies. 5+ years in HR management, with expertise in recruitment and labor law. Deep understanding of federal / state employment laws. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to design scalable HR processes for startups / scale-ups. Experience in [Health and Wellness,Manufacturing,E-Commerce]. Familiarity with global hiring
