We are the only Level I trauma center and the only high risk delivering hospital in Delaware offering Level III neonatal intensive care. In addition to these facilities, ChristianaCare services are available at numerous satellite locations.\n\nWe are hiring for a Registered nurse to serve with our Pre-Hospital Services team. With over 5,000 transports each year, our elite team of Flight and Ground crew serve to provide emergency critical care transport within our region. We seek an experienced Critical Care Transport Registered Nurse to work on our CareNet Ground Transport team with the opportunity to cross train with our LifeNet Flight team. • We offer competitive pay, robust healthcare benefits, 403b, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, generous paid time off and more!\n\nRequirements : \n\nDelaware RN License or Compact Nursing License.\n\nBSN required or must obtain with 3 years of hire.\n\nTNCC, ACLS, BLS, PALS and NRP is preferred, but may be obtained during orientation. NALS and PHRN to be offered during the training program.\n\nCFRN, CCRN, CEN or CTRN specialty certification to be obtained within two years of hire.\n\nRequires experience in a critical care area (ICU, Stepdown, CCU, ED, PICU, NICU, or Flight). EMS experience strongly preferred.\n\nHours : \n\nThis is a full time flex (72 hours per pay) rotating shifts with a weekend and holiday requirement.\n\nHourly Pay Range : $41.28 - $66.05\n\nThis pay rate / range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
