Senior Solutions Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant, ITOM.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales teams by providing feedback on OSM portfolio developments and participating in planning meetings

Collaborate with sales throughout the sales cycle, ensuring internal alignment and delivering tailored solutions to customers

Conduct technical demonstrations, lead design sessions, and assist in relationship management and project delivery planning

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or enterprise architecture, preferably in a SaaS / Cloud environment

Hands-on experience with IT Operations Management solutions, including CMDB and ITSM / ESM use cases

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, virtualization, and containerization technologies

Industry certifications such as ITIL or cloud architecture certifications are highly desirable

Self-driven and results-oriented with a commitment to excellence and collaboration
