Key Responsibilities

Manage legal matters in various practice areas including transactional, employment, and real estate

Build and maintain client relationships while providing strategic legal counsel

Collaborate with a team of attorneys to deliver outcomes-focused legal services

Required Qualifications

Active and in good standing license to practice in Georgia, Colorado, Texas, or D.C

Experience or interest in transactional or corporate law

Background in equipment and automotive sales or leasing is preferred

Experience in employment or labor law is beneficial

Knowledge of government and regulatory compliance is a plus
