New Jersey Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to manage pharmacotherapy outcomes for patients using innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers to address medication-related problems and health issues

Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and ensure compliance with medication management and documentation processes

Provide timely review and approval of prescription orders, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred

Current, active license in the state of NJ

2+ years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging, with exposure to geriatrics or chronic care management

Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCGP) preferred

Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy
