As a Senior Manager in Technical Program Management, you will :

Leverage your strong technical background (ideally from building scalable platforms, products, or services) to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project life cycle.

Utilize exceptional communication and collaboration skills to foster teamwork and ensure project alignment.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and influence stakeholders effectively.

Adopt a quantitative approach to devising holistic solutions as a systems thinker.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, informed decisions for product, engineering, design, and data science teams.

Exhibit a deep commitment to execution, accountability, follow-through, and tangible results.

Collaborate across teams and functions to drive progress and yield business impact.

Cultivate a high emotional intelligence, with a focus on active listening and empathy toward teams and partners.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical programs.

Preferred Qualifications :

Over 5 years of experience in designing and developing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.

More than 3 years of experience in building distributed systems and high-availability services using cloud architectures, preferably with AWS.

At least 3 years of experience in developing scalable mobile products and platforms.

A minimum of 3 years experience with Agile delivery methods.

Extensive experience delivering large, complex programs where you established the business or technical vision, coordinated cross-functional teams, secured deliverable commitments, and navigated obstacles to achieve business impact.

Experience working within highly regulated environments to build systems and solutions.

A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering).

The anticipated salary range for this position varies by location, including for :

• Chicago, IL : $182,500 - $208,300
• McLean, VA : $200,700 - $229,100
• Plano, TX : $182,500 - $208,300
• Richmond, VA : $182,500 - $208,300
• Riverwoods, IL : $182,500 - $208,300

Compensation also includes performance-based incentives, which may involve cash bonuses and / or long-term incentives.
